Veronique was introduced to pottery in a local studio in Ottawa in 2015. This art instantly touched something deep inside of her and she continued learning by herself for many years on her wheel in the basement until she joined a local potter as an apprentice in 2020. For the next 2 years, she learned the art of making her own glazes until her results and style settled. 

Owner of a tea house and bathed in Asian culture for several years, Japanese, Chinese and Indian aesthetics have their role to play in her inspiration. Also working as an intuitive, she loves her pieces to reflect the impact human AND life can have together, co-creating pieces harmoniously balanced between control and letting go.
