Vase

Large rounded vase. This piece is wheel thrown using a creamy white porcelaine clay. It has been decorated freehand by slip trailing white underglaze to create the leaves and dot filled background. It is glazed with a sky blue interior and a high gloss clear exterior. This vase is lovely filled with bushy flowers such as hydrangeas or is beautiful simply displayed on a bookshelf.

Note that Alisa uses a very high-gloss glaze and what might seem as an imperfection in any photo is actually a reflection of the light off of the high-gloss glaze.
